See the truth before you pay a cent.

The Close Scan is always free. You only pay to post the corrected close and keep every future month closed automatically — a flat monthly subscription, never a percentage of your money.

Pricing questions

Doesn't my Zapier / Make / n8n template already do this?

It logs payments; it doesn't close books. Templates post gross instead of net, book one entry per charge instead of grouping by payout (so nothing matches your bank deposit), double-post refunds, and drop FX. The free Close Scan shows you exactly where your template's entries diverge from correct ones, in your own books, for a real month. Most founders are surprised by the gap.

Is my Stripe and accounting data safe? What can LedgerLock actually touch?

The scan is read-only — it cannot move money, cannot post entries, cannot change anything. To go live, LedgerLock posts journal entries to QuickBooks/Xero with least-privilege access, and you approve every entry before it posts. We never get the ability to move funds in Stripe, ever. Connections are revocable from your Stripe and accounting dashboards at any time.

How is the price calculated — is this a cut of my money?

No. LedgerLock is a flat monthly subscription ($49 / $99 / $199), full stop. It is not a percentage of your revenue, your deposits, or anything we recover — we never touch your money, so we never take a slice of it. Your tier is set only by transaction volume and which features you need. You always know your bill before you owe it, and you can cancel from the Stripe portal anytime.

What if I don't trust the corrected entries — could it break my real books?

You stay in control. The scan is watermarked and read-only — it changes nothing. When you go live, every entry is queued for your approval before it posts, and the dedupe ledger guarantees the same payout is never booked twice even if you re-run, reconnect, or retry. LedgerLock produces audit-ready entries; you (or your accountant) sign off. We don't file taxes and don't give tax advice.

QuickBooks Online or Xero — which do you support?

Both. Solo connects one Stripe to one QuickBooks Online or Xero. Pro adds multi-currency FX and the audit pack. Firm runs up to 10 client books across either, with a client switcher.

I already have a bookkeeper / accountant. Does this replace them?

No — it makes their job faster and their invoice smaller. LedgerLock hands them books that already tie out, grouped by payout, with a clean audit pack and (on Firm) a white-label memo. They review and approve instead of unwinding a year of mis-posted Stripe data at tax time. Bookkeepers run it for their clients on the Firm plan.
